Lisa is an instructor with over ten years experience in Pilates, Yoga and wellness.

Classes are small so everybody gets the attention they need, with modifications and adaptions being given throughout so you can tailor the class to your particular needs and fitness level.

A variety of beginner and Intermediate Pilates and Yoga classes in Kidderminster.

Perfect if you want to build fitness levels and body awareness or use in conjunction with training or other sporting activities.

Helps to strengthen and mobilise the body. Build on flexibility. Improves balance and coordination. While deeply relaxing and restoring body and mind.


No matter what your level of fitness, there is something for everyone.
