Classes are an hour long, with Lisa who has a level 3 Diploma in mat based Pilates and 200 hour Yoga teacher training qualification. Lisa is an instructor with over ten years experience in Pilates, Yoga and wellness.
Classes are small so everybody gets the attention they need, with modifications and adaptions being given throughout so you can tailor the class to your particular needs and fitness level.
Beginner/Intermediate Pilates classes, Yoga classes and 1-1’s available in Kidderminster, Bewdley, Stourport and surrounding areas.
Perfect if you want to build fitness levels and body awareness or use in conjunction with training or other sporting activities.
Helps to strengthen and mobilise the body. Builds on flexibility, body and mind awareness and helps with balance and coordination.
